I visited Clydebank College yesterday to have a look at the new campus. It’s very impressive. The location is fantastic – right beside the Clyde.

I taught there from 1984 to 1990 and it was great to meet old colleagues such as Graeme Downey and Bob McAllister. I’m still recovering from lunch in the training dining room.

I don’t do enough visits to centres. I really enjoy meeting the people who actually deliver SQA awards and it’s great to hear their views and see qualifications being delivered in a classroom.
