That&#8217;s an important change and reflects SQA&#8217;s thinking about education.\u00a0It seems like a good idea for each of the contributors to introduce ourselves. So I will start today.<\/p>\n<p>I am the <strong>Qualifications Manager<\/strong> for <strong>vocational<\/strong> Computing awards. I&#8217;ve been with SQA since 2000 when I was responsible for school and college qualifications. I specialised on vocational awards in 2005. Before joining SQA, I taught for 22 years (schools and colleges). I was Division Leader in a large Glasgow college immediately prior to\u00a0joining SQA. I served as marker, examiner, Principal Assessor, External Verifier and Senior External Verifier during that period.
