I&#8217;ve posted about this problem <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.qualifications.gov.scot\/computing\/gender-problem-persists\/\">previously<\/a>. It appears to be getting worse. Computing is now the worst subject (from a gender perspective) in the worst sector (STEM), overtaking Engineering as the most male dominated\u00a0subject area. I completed a <a href=\"https:\/\/survey.napier.ac.uk\/n\/WomenInICT.aspx.  T\">survey<\/a> today, created by the Employment Survey Institute, which aims\u00a0to discover the root causes of the problem.
