The revised award consists of\u00a03 mandatory units, 2 of which are brand new:<\/p>\n<p>Computer Basics (SCQF Level 3)<br \/>\nDigital Skills (SCQF Level 3) (New)<br \/>\nComputer Applications (SCQF Level 3) (New)<\/p>\n<p>The two new units are\u00a0now being finalised\u00a0and we are hoping to publish them at the beginning of September.<\/p>\n<p>More information about this qualification can be found in our updated <a href=\"http:\/\/1drv.ms\/1JieXFe\" target=\"_blank\">FAQ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The validation event for this qualification will take place on Thursday 17th September at the SQA Glasgow office.<\/p>\n<p>The qualification will be available to centres from January 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Please <a href=\"mailto:helen.zhang@sqa.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\">contact me<\/a> for any query.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lot of work has been done to this development since last update in April.
