We are now formally <a href=\"https:\/\/appointeeopportunities.sqa.org.uk\/vacancy\/external-verifier-computer-science-digital-literacy-information-tech-314470.html\">advertising <\/a>for EVs. I hope that you consider applying. We&#8217;re looking for new EVs in all three of my cognate groups &#8211; Computer Science, Digital Literacy and Information Technology.\u00a0We&#8217;re particularly looking for people with experience of the <strong>school<\/strong> and <strong>university<\/strong> sectors &#8211; but don&#8217;t let that stop you if you have a different background.<\/p>\n<p>The job of an EV is really interesting. It&#8217;s fantastic CPD for you (you will see how other centres carry out their assessment and quality assurance) and there is training and support available to new appointees.
