Next year&#8217;s conference is going to be bigger than normal and will include a wider range of subjects, and a different format. The event will take place on <strong>Wednesday, 5 February, 2020<\/strong>, at\u00a0<strong>Stirling Court Hotel<\/strong> (part of the University of Stirling campus). We&#8217;re hoping that around 200 people will attend.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>2020 Computing Conference<\/em> is aimed at teachers and lecturers, and will focus on a wide range of Computing qualifications, from National Qualifications to Higher National Diplomas. The event will commence with a couple of keynote presentations, followed by a number of workshops. In total, eight workshops will be available:<\/p>\n<p>Workshop 1: Digital literacy.<br \/>\nWorkshop 2: Higher National review.<br \/>\nWorkshop 3: HND Cyber Security.<br \/>\nWorkshop 4: National Progression Awards.<br \/>\nWorkshop 5: National Qualifications.<br \/>\nWorkshop 6: NPA Cyber Security.<br \/>\nWorkshop 7: NPA Data Science.<br \/>\nWorkshop 8: SOLAR.<\/p>\n<p>Delegates can select <strong>four<\/strong> of the eight workshops.<\/p>\n<p>We notified centres (via Centre News) at the end of last month.
