Welcome to Lorraine
Lorraine joined the team on Monday. Lorraine replaces Emma, who is on maternity leave until next September. We’ve been under strength for a while and that has impacted on developments (and support to centres) so I appreciate your patience if we’ve been slow to respond to you during this period. Once Lorraine finds her feet, we’ll return to service-as-usual.
So, the team now consists of me, Caitlin and Lorraine. Lorraine will introduce herself shortly. She has responsibility for non-advanced awards (National Units, National Certificates and NPAs) and SVQ/CBQ awards. Caitlin has responsibility for advanced awards (HNCs, HNDs and PDAs). Remember, too, that digital qualifications were transferred to Hilary. This diagram summarises who-does-what.
