The HNC\/HND Social Sciences was validated in 2011 and has reached a stage where it is necessary to carry out a review of the currency and relevance of the qualifications.<\/p>\n
As part of this process we plan to conduct a scoping exercise to ascertain what change is required, if any.<\/p>\n
We are seeking to recruit a current or retired practitioner to undertake this initial review of the HNC\/D Social Sciences, taking into consideration all relevant points above.To minimise any impact on External Verification duties, it would be preferable if the appointee did not hold an External Verifier post.<\/p>\n
The fee for this work is \u00a31000 which will be payable on receipt of a detailed report, including recommendations, supported by evidence, as to what work is required, for example, no action, leave as is; additional support materials required; lapse the qualification; revalidate; incremental change only; new qualification required. The work needs to be completed in a period of six weeks.<\/p>\n
